The rough leather surface is used in conjunction with the flexcut gold polishing compound to remove hardened steels. Turn the paddle over to the smooth leather surface for a high-sheen razor sharp finish. Includes a 1ounce bar of Flexcut Gold Polishing Compound.
Just strop your knife away from the cutting edge on both sides of your blade to keep them razor sharp for every use.
